Healthy Eating

Let us treat you to a yummy plant-based meal, which always includes at least one gluten-free option. We know you’re busy so we serve promptly at 6 p.m. Our deliciously prepared vegetarian specialties are theme-based. April’s theme is breakfast. Local health practitioners speak for 20 minutes on pertinent topics. Come join the fun the on April 11th (one week later in the month than usual.) Our time together regularly finishes by 7 p.m.

After May’s meeting on May 7th, Healthy Eating will pause for the summer. We hope to see you in May. After that, stay tuned for further information about resuming in the fall.
